Radical self-responsibility. Optional architecture.
There are no workshops here. No program to follow. No teacher telling you what you need.
The Passage operates on a simple principle: put a group of serious men in the best possible environment, remove every obstacle, and get out of the way.
What happens next is between you and the island.
But for men who want a starting framework, we offer four tracks — not rules, just a shape to begin with.
Four tracks
Monk Mode
Gym. Deep work. Silence. For the man who needs to finish something. Minimum distraction, maximum output.
Fighter's Camp
Muay Thai daily. Strength training. Paddy field runs. Cold plunge. Physical transformation as the primary vehicle for every other kind.
Builder's Sprint
Work blocks. Optional peer project sharing. Bring a business idea. Leave with a plan and the people to help execute it.
Island Immersion
Muay Thai twice a week, island hopping, waterfall hikes, mangrove kayaking, local markets, mountain summit. For the man who wants the full experience of where he is.
A day at Bambü
This is a suggestion, not a schedule. The only rule is: do the work you came here to do.

Who this is for
The Hustler (20s)
You're building something. You're serious. You're tired of doing it in the same environment that created the habits holding you back. Seven days here will feel like a month somewhere else.
The Established Man (30s)
You have the career. Maybe the family. Definitely the pressure. Somewhere along the way you stopped doing the things that made you feel like yourself. This is where you remember.
The Recalibrator (40s–50s)
Something has shifted — by choice or circumstance. You are not broken. You are between chapters. This is the environment for writing the next one correctly.
